MEDIN is a partnership of UK organisations committed to improving access to marine data. The Medin Discovery Metadata Editor allows organisations to enter information on their dataset which will then be searched using the MEDIN portal. Once the metadata has been created it may be exported as MEDIN compliant XML. MEDIN metadata is compliant with the UK Gemini and European INSPIRE standards.

Before creating metadata you must log in - this allows you to return to a metadata record and edit it again in the future.
