Excel file containing CPR data for Standard Areas B4,C3,C4,D3,D4,D5,E4,F4, 1980 to 2019, sample level data (each sample being 1 row, equating to approx. 10 nautical miles of tow, 3m3 of filtered seawater), for Total Traverse Copepods, Total Large Copepods, Calanus finmarchicus, Calanus helgolandicus, euphausiid nauplii and euphausiacea total. For each taxa, NULL values in cells indicate taxon was not counted (ie not looked for), values indicate abundance (according to standard CPR methodology, see Richardson et al. 2006, Prog in Oceanog 68. 27-74), values of 0.001 indicate presence only, zero values are absence of taxon. The excel file consists of samples in rows, with the following information in columns - A: Standard Area B: sample id C:midpoint of sample latitude in decimal degrees D:midpoint of sample longitude in decimal degrees E:midpoint of sample local date and timeF:sample year G: sample month H: Phytoplankton Colour Index I-N:taxa.
