Description

These data are from the L4 eDNA 16S rDNA third pass of the water column, sampled at the L4 timeseries site in the Western Channel, south of Plymouth, UK. Samples are taken weekly, where sea conditions allow.

Data Records

The data in this occurrence resource has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardized format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 1,450 records.
