Results

How data and results are shared with participants varies between Wildlife Trusts, many send around a summary afterwards which includes photographs, many use emails or WhatsApp groups or produce an end of year report. Shoresearch would like to produce an annual report if the capacity or funding were to become available.

Data flow

Verified data shared with the iRecord has an established Data flow in the UK and beyond, Shoresearch data are available under the CC-BY licence. However, Shoresearch recognise that there are issues around the verification process and not all data has therefore been made available.

Sharing/Reporting

Shoresearch data is summarised and shared in various reports sent to statutory bodies such as Natural England, and consideration is being given to developing a data pathway between Shoresearch and Natural England.

Data are also made available upon request.
